Jane Fonda Prime Time: Trim Tone & Flex

The release includes two separate workout series Prime Time - at the lower and upper body, plus a soothing and soft segment of the relaxation. Both strength training focused on developing strength, balance, stretching and healthy bones and joints. Many of the exercises are taken from the functional training - all to help you cope better with daily chores, increase mobility and protection from injury. Both trainings begin with simple stretching exercises (for example, the rotation of the hands - to ease the pain of arthritis). This is followed by a variety of exercises, both classic and targeted at older people (from the traditional sit-ups and overhead presses to bicep twists in the sitting position and modified push-ups).
