I'm babysitting my cousin for two weeks and she will not hinder crying about the Hannah Montana movie. The nearest movie rental store is almost 40 miles away. Is it on need, and if it isn't, when will it be?

No, it is not availiable on Comcast OnDemand at this continuously. Movies come out on Comcast OnDemand the same day the DVD release is, and "Hannah Montana: The Movie" is slated for set free on August 18, 2009.
